Our rates range between $45-$105/night depending on the Suite. Please see our Boarding Suites page for accommodations and pricing details.

Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Lepto may be required based on dog's exposure to wildlife)

All pets must also be on flea/tick and heart worm prevention.

Overnight boarders get a minimum of 5 potty/play breaks each day in one of the fully fenced play yards. If you'd like additional one-on-one time for your dog, please consider adding this service to your reservation. We also offer walks around the property. 

We require a 72-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off time are subject to the charge for your reservation up to 3 nights stay. We also do not provide refunds or price adjustments for early pick-ups. 

We offer a multi-pet discount: 15% off your second pet's boarding rate when sharing the same suite, and 20% off for your third and fourth pet. Must be pets from the same household, and all multi-pet accommodations are subject to the approval and discretion of a staff member, based on pet's temperament, behavior, and size. 

Absolutely! We allow you to bring your pet's bedding for a familiar comfort, however, all bedding and blankets MUST be freshly laundered. We will refuse any bedding that isn't and provide our own bedding. Please note any destruction to our bedding will incur a replacement charge. 

No. Staff is not present overnight unless it's necessary for a particular guest or during inclement weather. This is intentional to provide a calm and restful environment for the pets in our care. During unstaffed hours, the facility is fully secured and monitored with security alarms, cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detection. If any of these are detected, The Security Team will act immediately to ensure the safety of our guests.  

All check-ins and pick-ups are by reservation only during the hours of 8-10AM, 1-3PM, and 4-6PM; 7 days a week. Please arrive at your scheduled time, as the front lobby remains locked until your scheduled arrival. Accommodations outside of these hours need to be scheduled in advance and will incur a $15 fee, which also applies to late arrivals outside of these hours. 

Dogs checking in alone get their own suite and play yard. We do not co-mingle guests. If you would like your dog to play with a "canine bestie" please request our additional one-on-one play service and note that you'd like your dog to play with our staff "canine bestie" who is the owner's dog, Mira. 

Dogs from the same household sharing a suite, will also share the same play yard.
